AMOE Entry Collection

For any promotions requiring AMOE (alternate method of entry) we can collect entries via an online form or we can collect mail-in entries at our PO box.
Winner Selection & Notification

We can conduct random drawings for sweepstakes, or you can run a contest with judging or voting. We’ll verify your winners are eligible and notify them that they have won.
Winner Affidavits

Anyone who wins a prize over $600 in value will receive an affidavit that they must complete in order to confirm their eligibility and for them to receive the prize.
Winner Tax Forms

At the end of the tax year we'll issue 1099 IRS tax forms to any U.S. winners who receive a prize over $600 in value.
Surety Bonds & State Filings

Depending upon your promotion, you may be required to register and obtain bonds for specific states. Leave it up to us to take care of that for you.
Prize Fulfillment

Need us to ship physical products, send prize money to winners, or book trips? We've got you covered.
