Viralsweep offers a monthly subscription service that does not require a contract. You are able to sign up and use Viralsweep by selecting from one of the many pricing plans that we offer. You can also start, stop, or cancel your billing at anytime from within your dashboard under the billing page.
As a user of our service, it is your responsibility to manage your account, including the fees associated with subscribing to our service.

When refunds are not issued
If you used the service partially for your campaign and then decided it was not for you, we will not issue a refund.
If you ran a promotion for just a few days, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial usage.
If you upgrade just to access your data and then cancel, we will not issue a refund.
If you've used Viralsweep in the past but never cancelled your account, we will not issue a refund for all of your unused time, but we may issue a refund of the three most recent months that you were billed.
If you've used our trial, were billed, and used any of the paid services or features before cancelling, we will not issue a refund.
If you've set up a campaign and then wish to cancel and restart when your campaign is set to go live, we will not issue a refund. Our billing is not based on the start and end dates of your campaign, but rather, from when you sign up to when you cancel.
If you paused your account for more than 90 days and were subscribed to our $10/mo storage plan, we will not issue refunds for this plan.
If you had an active promotion that was collecting data within your billing period, we will not issue a refund.
